We don't do things like everyone else, but we do what we do VERY well!
We may very well be the only organization of our type in Alabama with a licensed electrical engineer, two ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified installers, a Microsoft certified PC specialist, two remote service facilities specializing in the repair of handheld and mobile radios, a fast, efficient, and affordable tower crew, plus a working relationship for providing direct depot repair with all of our associated manufacturers, and that's just for starters!
What makes us different!
We don't staff and maintain a high overhead shop. The cost of such a facility is only passed on to the customer. We took an example from the automobile industry by following their development of just in time availability of outsourced supply. This gives us the time to develop the logistics for providing better service at lower cost. We employ and stock what is necessary to meet YOUR needs!

We recognize that when it comes to repair, you want just one thing - to have your defective equipment returned to service as quickly as possible at the lowest cost. Each customer has their own definition of how quickly response is desired, at what cost, at what they feel is reasonable to support that objective. Time Share Service!
The simplest solutions are often the most effective. TimeShare Service is a good example of simplicity and efficiency in action. This could change your ideas about service!
Maintenance service is primary a function of restoring or replacing a defective piece of equipment as quickly as possible. Cost is a factor, but generally not the major concern. Case in point - a public safety repeater station. If the station goes down, the communications system is crippled. We have long fought the concept of using big cabinet mount stations that require on-site service. For anything other than minor repairs, the station may require two people to load it on a truck and haul it to the shop. That is neither efficient, fast, or affordable! We prefer the concept of using smaller equipment that is UPS shippable and easily replaceable. As more and more users learn this concept, the whole idea of providing good service at reasonable cost becomes a reality.
With the goal of minimizing downtime and keeping costs to a minimum, we developed the TimeShare Service program. In essence it involves purchasing a share of a station, mobile or handheld radio that provides up to 30 days of use per year when needed. This makes an ideal supplement to an extended warranty or even traditional service programs.
